We are delighted to announce that the East Kent Baby Memorial Gardens Charity has been shortlisted for the Kent Charity Awards Start-up Charity category.
We started our new charity in August 2020 after separating (amicably!) from Sands and have gone from strength to strength since then.
Our Ashford Baby Garden is better than it has ever been, with a lovely new sign. 360 baby names recorded, plans for the original stones surrounding the mosaic, and much more awareness.
We have attended 30 events each year, raising awareness of baby loss and offering support, and we have created our new area in Faversham. All of this delivered by a small team of lovely volunteers.
We won't know the results until September, but we're keeping our fingers crossed.

This has been a very busy (but fun!) weekend of events.
We had a brilliant day at the Kennington Summer Fayre 2022 in Ashford. We raised nearly £500, thanks to our volunteers Emma, Dan, Ruby, Chris and Christine.
Thanks also to everyone who supported us, and to the fair organisers who made it all happen.
Quick coffee then load up ready for our stall at the Ashford Armed Forces Day Family Fun Day on Sunday.
